City of Bradford had seven representatives at the recent North East Region Age Group Championships held at Sheffield Ponds Forge. A squad of City’s swimmers who all train with Bradford Aquatics Competition Programme travelled to Ponds Forge Sheffield to compete in the North East Region Open Championships. Swimming in the 70/74 years age group Chris Brown claimed two silver medals in the 50m backstroke and butterfly events in times 34.87 of and 35.32 respectively.
