Lots of people can need help for their mental health at different times in their life time, this can be feeling stressed, lonely, depressed and lots more feelings. Due to the pandemic lot of people currently have different emotions and emotions they haven’t experienced before.   I have listed below different website that can help you explain what you are feeling, and also places you can go for help.

Remember you all have people you can talk to, parents, coaches, friends, myself etc and talking is one of the best things you can do, or they can help you find help.

The Mix (https://www.themix.org.uk/get-support) –Essential support for under 25s on a range of topics from mental health to relationships to money. They offer a free helpline for young people where they can talk to trained supporters about any issues – 0808 808 4994 (open from 3pm – 12am every day). As well as the helpline they also offer a chat / email service and  counselling services.
