Well done to all our swimmers today, particularly Oli Phillips getting Silver Medal in 50m Backstroke with a time of 38.17sec.

Lots of PBs and some excellent swimming.

Gold Medal for Jake Varney in his 100m freestyle with a time of 1.10.86sec

Jake said yesterday the Gold Medal was his and he was correct!
