This has proved to be a particularly popular meet and in order to give as many swimmers as possible a chance to swim, the morning sessions will be slightly longer than originally planned but will include a short break part-way through. The afternoon warm up should now begin at 2.00pm with swimming restarting at 3.00pm. The sessions will be due to finish at around 5.30-6.00pm.

Can you please remind your swimmers (and coaches!) about the Fancy Dress Sunday – it is all part of the fun! We look forward to seeing you again.
