25th Annual Christmas Meet

Saturday 1st – Sunday 2nd December 2007

Held at Shipley Swimming Pool

Could I just say a HUGE Thank You to all of the volunteers from City of Bradford Swimming Club and to all of the officials who gave up their time to help to make this fantastic annual event such a huge success!

Also to all of the guests, spectators, coaches and swimmers who came - I hope that you had an enjoyable time as well as some good swims. We hope to see you again soon.

And finally huge congratulations to Richard Howard of City of Salford Swimming Club who not only set a new British Short Course Record for the 100m Backstroke for his disability classification but appears to have unofficially set a new World Record whilst doing his ‘warm-up’ swim - the 200m Butterfly!!! Fantastic efforts by Richard.
