End Of Season A/B Graded Meet

Saturday 23th – Sunday 24th July 2011

To be held at Shipley Swimming Pool

Licence Applied For. This event to be licensed by the ASA for entry into Regional Events and Championships

IMPORTANT ANNOUCEMENT

The Session Times for the City of Bradford End of Season A/B Graded Meet have had to be changed as a result of a communication error which resulted in a clash of pool bookings for the morning of Saturday 23rd July.

The new session times for Saturday 23rd July are as follows:

Session 1  Warm up: 12.45 pm Start: 1.30 pm

Session 2 Warm up:   5.45 pm Start: 6.30 pm  

Entry numbers will be limited to ensure that we end session 2 in the evening by 9.00pm at the latest. In addition to this we will now limit the 100 IM events to 9/10 year olds for boys and for consistency 9/10 year olds for girls, to allow for Winter Yorkshires qualification, but exclude other age groups.

Please note – you will not be able enter the swimming pool before 12.30 pm.

The session times for Sunday 24th July remain unchanged, therefore the Session 3 warm up will commence at 8.00 am.

City of Bradford Swimming Club apologise sincerely for this alteration to our meet. We will of course accept any cancellations for entries already received for a full refund if required.

'Please Note;

This meet is usually oversubscribed and entries are on a  'first come' basis.

Closing Date: 24th June 2011 - But as this meet is on a ‘first come’ basis it may close earlier if full.

Entries must be ASA database verified times that qualify above the lower and below the upper qualifying times in the meet conditions.

We use the Sportsys Entry File system which has an ASA database link. This will automatically check valid times which will be shown in Green
