Entry Forms for these meets will be issued to you via your coaches around 2 weeks before the closing date of the gala which will normally be 4 to 5 weeks before the date of the gala.

Make sure that you check which events they recommend before submitting your forms to the Competition Secretary - either directly or via your squad co-ordinator.

Correct Entry Times

When you enter, make sure that you have the correct times on your form if you can. They will be checked against PB tables if required.

If you are swimming in a 50m pool and you have only ever swum that event before in a 25m pool you may need to convert your time. This can be done using ASA conversion tables or via an Equivalent Performances programme that you can download free from the website - www.sportsys.co.uk
